Coronavirus testing kit
This assignment was given to us during the pandemic outbreak. Our duty is to create a kit that will resolve a lot of issues such as: where to get tested, who can test you, how can you get tested without leaving your home. After putting all the questions into consideration, this is my version.
Instead of using a cotton swab to insert in your nose, I came up with the idea of using USB with a strip insert like those used for blood testing. That way patients who are sick do not need to leave their house and they won't have to go through the gruesome act of sticking a swab in their nose. Instead, they can access all the information and receive testing results right from their phones and computers.
The kit would include a USB device, three test strips, 5 sanitized lancets, instruction sheet with symptom chart and a return code.
